This IC is a differential serial interface connecting a mobile phone LCD module and the host CPU. It employs Rohm's unique MSDL technology for low power consumption and low EMI.
Use of this IC allows connection of the complex hinge of mobile phones with a minimum of wiring, and contributes to greater reliability through improvements in wiring flexibility as well as a reduction in the number of connector pins required.
