IC Card Interface ICs

ROHM IC Card Interface IC's are used as a interface for cards which are supported by ISO7816-3, and which are used with TV set for a digital broadcasting and Smart Card's, etc. These have protection functions with a built-in thermal shutdown circuit, overcurrent protection circuit and under voltage lock out circuit and with ESD voltage more than HBM : ±6000V, therefore are very useful for your high quality design.
