ROHM diffuse lightbulb LED lamps feature multiple LEDs mounted on a 3D baseplate for broad distribution similar to conventional incandescent bulbs. The lineup includes both standard and diffuse types in daylight white or lightbulb (incandescent) color.

Original LED configuration results in wide light distribution
One drawback of LED bulbs is their linear light emission. Conventional LED bulbs feature LEDs arranged in a planar layout, resulting in less than optimal light distribution and a darker overall pattern. ROHM LED bulbs, however, utilize LEDs in a three dimensional array for wide light distribution.

ROHM LED lighting provides the same room-brightening capability as conventional incandescent bulbs.

Lasts for 10 years (10hrs/day). The long life makes them ideal for locations where replacement is difficult.
Strong against ON/OFF switching
Since LEDs do not deteriorate even when blinking, there are no adverse effects from ON/OFF switching.
Does not attract insects
Insects are normally attracted to ultraviolet light, which is why they gather at fluorescent and incandescent light sources. LEDs, on the other hand, do not emit UV light, making them unattractive to insects.
Does not become hot
Incandescent bulbs emit light by heating up a filament using electricity. In contrast, LEDs convert electricity to light directly, eliminating excessive heat generation.
Resin cover ensures greater safety
ROHM LEDs are composed of resin, making it safe, even when dropped or hit - unlike conventional incandescent bulbs that shatter.
Fast lighting
LEDs do not require any warmup time to achieve optimum brightness.
Eco-friendly lighting
The lower power consumption results in less CO2 production than conventional solutions. In addition, less heat generation reduces the level of AC required.
