Utilization of conductive polymer ensures significantly lower ESR characteristics. A broad lineup is offered in a range of capacitances - up to 100uF (the industry's highest) - and package types, including the 3216 size featuring a thickness of only 1.1mm.

A lower internal resistance lessens the amount of heat generated, reducing power loss, while a current handling capability of 4A makes it possible to use large current circuits in the vicinity of the power supply.
