Further to our announcement on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, ROHM Co.,Ltd. ("ROHM") is pleased to announce that ROHM has successfully completed the acquisition of Kionix,Inc. ("Kionix") of Ithaca, New York.
On Monday, November 16, 2009 (EST), following satisfaction of all closing conditions, Kionix now became a wholly owned subsidiary of ROHM.
