Upon a resolution at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, fiscal year-end dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered in the shareholders’ record as of March 31.

Upon a resolution at the Board of Directors, interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered in the shareholders’ record as of September 30.

Please fill-in the "Dividend Form" which will be sent to the registered shareholders, stamp the registered seal and submit to the post office counter within the dividend payment period.
