The ROHM Semiconductor voltage detector IC series are reset ICs with a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1%, a low current consumption, small thin packages and a wide range of detection voltages. They can be used for every kind of application equipped with controllers such as micro controllers, CPUs or DSPs.
The ROHM voltage detector IC series are available with CMOS and open drain output. The default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible, so they can be used as replacement for existing ICs as well as for a discrete solution. Besides this, a line-up of very small and thin packages allows a compact design and a placement next to the micro controller on the PCB. The whole line-up is Pb-free, and meets the RoHS directive.
