MK7396 - Sub 1GHz Radio LSI

With the ML7396 LAPIS Semiconductor - a ROHM Group Company - developed a new high efficient Sub 1GHz Radio LSI. The IC integrates RF block, MODEM block and HOST interface block and is optimized for operation in the frequency range of for 750-1,000MHz. IEEE802.15.4g and Wireless M-BUS T1/T2/C1/C2 compliance making ML7396 to the perfect choice for a large range of applications like smart metering or remote control.
