ROHM Semiconductor has extended its wide range of fast recovery diodes with several new types featuring high efficiency, low noise and minimal loss.
Those parts available in Dpack, D2pack and TO220 provide low VF,  high speed recovery time and soft recovery characteristics, ideal for free wheel PFCs and IGBTs.
