ROHM Semiconductor display drivers have been adopted in a wide range of applications, from large-screen TVs,  PC monitors and laptop PCs to electronic dictionaries/calculators, instrument displays in automotive systems and industrial equipment. A broad lineup is offered to meet virtually any need, including large and small TFT-LCDs, vacuum fluorescent displays (VFDs) and organic electroluminescence displays (OLEDs).
ROHM Semiconductor’s display drivers utilize high voltage process technologies and logic technologies to develop a broad lineup of display drivers for LCDs, VFDs and OLEDs.

 

TN/STN Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Drivers
This series has been widely adopted in a variety of applications, from automotive systems to AV equipment. The lineup includes low-cost, high reliability with EMS resistant and products that reduce the number of external parts.

Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) Drivers
ROHM Semiconductor hat been supplying high quality VFD drivers for over 30 years (from 1980), beginning with the automotive sector. Application has since expanded to include AV equipment, home appliances and industrial machinery.

Organic Electroluminescence Display (OLED) Drivers
A diverse lineup is offered from anode/cathode drivers to a single-chip controller with built-in RAM, enabling support for a variety of displays, including segment and dot matrix types.
