Based on the international environmental standards of ISO 14001, ROHM has created a general environmental management system for the entire ROHM Group. All ROHM employees dedicate themselves to improving the environment.
The ROHM Group's environmental-conservation activities are performed as a consolidated group-wide effort with a global perspective.

Each ROHM Group subsidiary has an in-house environmental-conservation promotion system that mirrors the objective and goals of the promotion system established at the ROHM Head Office. Each subsidiary has its own conservation projects which are based according to the business activities of the subsidiary. The ROHM Group Meeting of Correspondence for Environmental Issues is held twice a year-in June and in ROHM Mechatech Promotion Working Group during the month of December. It is attended by individuals responsible for and/or working on environmental-management at individual ROHM Group companies. Their edict is to plan group-wide conservation activities, check the achievement of conservation goals and discuss the latest environmental issues.
