Overview

Compact portable devices such as mobile phones and MP3 players are constantly integrating greater sophistication and functionality into a smaller space. ROHM's new TCTPL series of tantalum capacitors follows suit by integrating 100µF (4V) into the world’s first 0.9mm thin 2012-sized package.
