Overview

The TCTO series of ultra-low ESR conductive polymer capacitors feature a large capacitance in a compact, low-profile bottom electrode configuration.
Also offered is the TCO series, featuring market-proven reliability, low ESR, high incombustibility, and high capacitance in a compact package.

Features

1.Ultra-Low ESR [approx. 1/5 of conventional]

A conductive polymer with high conductivity is utilized for significantly lower ESR characteristics.
The risk of smoking or combustion is greatly reduced as well.

2.Large capacitance [100μF]

A novel bottom electrode structure allows for larger capacitances.
ROHM offers the industry's highest class of 330μF 3216 (1206in)^* size capacitors.
ROHM's A Case 3216 (1206in) size bottom electrode capacitors are the ideal replacement for conventional B Case 3528 (1411in) size components.

*330μF capacitors in the 3216 (1206in) size are currently under development

3.Low profile and compact

ROHM offers a large number of compact, low-profile capacitors, and is currently developing low profile PL Case 2012 (0805in) size and ultra-low-profile AS Case 3216 (1206in) size products.
