Overview

The TCTAL1V335M8R and TCTAL1V225M8R tantalum capacitors are the newest additions to ROHM's venerable TCTAL series of tantalum capacitors for portable devices of all types, including mobile phones and MP3 players. 35V voltage resistance makes them ideal for use as noise countermeasures in LCD and organic EL module power supply circuits requiring high voltage compatibility in a thin profile.
