| ROHM offers a wide selection of CMOS Voltage Detector ICs, including standard types, units with flexible delay times, ones with built-in counter timers, low voltage products, and low voltage types with flexible delay times. Bipolar ICs are offered as well. PSPICE models of the entire lineup (968 types) are available for design simulation, enabling selection of the optimum solution before board procurement. |
2. Total system verification enabled |
| ROHM's PSPICE models allow easy simulation of even microcontrollers and regulators on a workstation before evaluation with actual equipment. In addition, complicated timing designs in various applications (i.e. multiple regulators, OR circuits requiring microcontroller reset, multiple microcontrollers utilizing one Voltage Detector IC) are also greatly simplified, speeding up circuit evaluation. |
3. OrCAD model symbols provided |
| ROHM also offers OrCAD model symbols for use with Cadence workstations, allowing the creation of circuit schematics via GUI. This eliminates the need for descriptive language and links required in conventional circuit designs. |
