Overview

Utilization of cutting-edge processes and optimized chip design has resulted in high performance 250V MOSFETs featuring excellent di/dt characteristics. The RC series provides high efficiency for improved energy savings as well as high durability, making it ideal for motor drive circuits, projector lamp power supplies, and other circuits requiring high reliability.

A broad lineup is available in two package types, TO-220FM and CPT3 (D-PAK), for wide compatibility.

  2. Low ON resistance : A·Ron (ON resistance per unit area) reduced 50%
