ROHM's MPT3 package mini-power transistors are designed for flat panel displays, power supplies, and automotive applications.
New process and circuitry are utilized for high-speed switching characteristics.
In addition, OFF switching speed is increased by 30% over competitor models for lower switching loss. In addition to the conventional MPT3 package (SC-62), complex types are offered in the compact TSMT package that reduces mounting are by 55%, contributing to smaller, lighter sets.
