Overview
LEDs, with their long life and low power consumption, have increasingly been used to replace conventional fluorescent and incandescent lighting in the lighting fixture market. ROHM is the first in the industry to develop driver modules that use constant current circuits optimized for driving LEDs. High efficiency and precision are achieved through the use of a current detector circuit that minimizes loss. The control circuitry, switching elements, transformers, and constant-current circuits required for switching are incorporated into a single package, making it possible to configure power supply circuits with few external components. |

Features
- All circuits required for LED driving integrated into a single package.
- 100VAC power supply operation (Input voltage: 113V to 170V DC)
- Constant current output (optimal for LED driving)
- Constant current value can be set with a single resistor
- Temperature stability ±1% (-20ºC to +80ºC)
- High efficiency: η = 85%

The terminals of all ROHM's ICs/discrete semiconductors/passive components are lead-free. ROHM's current lead-free products comply with RoHS Directive, ensuring worry-free use all over the world.
Applicable directive: WEEE*1/RoHS*2
WEEE*1 (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)/RoHS*2 (Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment) |
