Overview

This is the new series of LED numerical displays employing 4-element AlGaInP dies uniquely designed by ROHM. They perform industry's top-class display brightness that deteriorates only a little at use over an extended period of time and helps to keep grace of the set long maintaining clear displaying.

Features1 High Brightness

Luminous intensity is enhanced about 10 times (in case of orange color)
compared with conventional numerical LED displays by use of 4-element AlGaInP dies.

Features2 Low Electric Power Consumption

Same luminous intensity is maintained even at current reduced to 1/10.
Great contribution to the energy saving of sets.

Features3 High Reliability

Unlike conventional GaAs-base LEDs that lose 30% of the initial luminous intensity in 30,000 hours, the brightness stays almost unchanged in case of new series unchanged at 30,000 hours thanks to the use of highly-reliable dies.

Degradation of luminous intensity is slowed down.
