Summary

Voltage-load local concentration is prevented by ROHM's unique designing of resistive element configuration and trimming. Also , ROHM’s highly precise resistive element printing and trimming technologies boosted surge-resistance characteristics and achieved high resistance accuracy.

Features


  1. ESD resistance guaranteed up to 3kV.
  2. Enhanced rated power than the conventional products.
    Only ROHM guarantees 0.2W for 1608 (0603) size.
  3. Low Resistance tolerance ±5% is achieved in the whole lineup.
  4. Operating temperature range : -55ºC to +155ºC
ESRSeries, MCR Series

Rated power per package is increased ! i.e. a rated power class in conventional MCR resistor can be now substituted by the ESR package one size smaller
