» ROHM's High Reliability Serial EEPROM Series
Serial EEPROMs are nonvolatile memory ICs optimized for data retention. ROHM's products, highly regarded even in Japan, are available in various capacities, bus interfaces, and packages.
ROHM's serial EEPROMs support the industry-standard Microwire, I2C, and SPI bus formats, eliminating the need for software modification, and feature all of the standard capacities (1K to 64Kbit) as well as single power supply operation with a wide operating voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V, 2.5V to 5.5V), making them ideal for battery driven devices.
High reliability is ensured through utilization of a unique double cell structure and double reset function that prevents data write errors, protecting critical data. In addition, gold pads and gold wires are used for highly reliable connections. And an integrated production system, from wafer to assembly, ensures stable, high quality production.
The entire lineup is lead-free and RoHS-compliant. |
