Ultra-Low 0.9V Drive ECOMOS(TM) Series | New product new technology

ROHM offers the first MOSFETs capable of drive operation from 0.9V.
This new lineup, optimized for the latest ICs requiring low output voltage, is available in a variety of package types, from VMN3 (1006) to SST (2913).

Features

1. Drive possible from 0.9V

Operation possible from a single dry cell battery (1V termination voltage)
Compatible with the lower output voltages required by the latest ICs
Supports solar batteries (1V type: 0.5V to 2)

2. Dramatically reduced power consumption

Up to 90% less power consumption than bipolar transistors

Applications

Mobile phones, digital cameras, portable audio players, IC recorders, smart phones, power supply circuits in portable devices, LED control, predrive blocks, solar batteries, muting circuits, low-side circuits, and more
