ROHM offers the first MOSFETs capable of drive operation from 0.9V.
This new lineup, optimized for the latest ICs requiring low output voltage, is available in a variety of package types, from VMN3 (1006) to SST (2913). |

1. Drive possible from 0.9V
- Operation possible from a single dry cell battery (1V termination voltage)
- Compatible with the lower output voltages required by the latest ICs
- Supports solar batteries (1V type: 0.5V to 2)

- Up to 90% less power consumption than bipolar transistors
