Feature 1: 90%+ efficiency results in low heat generation, saving space

Unlike conventional Class AB speaker amps where more than half the power is converted to heat, ROHM's BD5423EFS and BD5423MUV feature 91% efficiency, making thermal countermeasures, such as heat sinks and cooling fans, unnecessary. Feature 2: High quality soft mute function eliminates annoying popping noises

The BD5431EFS integrates an original soft mute circuit that smoothes the envelope waveform during output ON/OFF,
resulting in high performance muting operation.

Feature 3: Wafer level CSP and only 3 external components required enable greater space savings (BD5460GUL, BD5461GUL)

ROHM wafer level CSP Class D headphone amps are ideal for mobile phones, notebook PCs, and other equipment requiring voice generation functionality. A unique filterless modulation method reduces the number of external components to 3, resulting in significant space savings.
