Feature 1: 90%+ efficiency results in low heat generation, saving space
| Unlike conventional Class AB speaker amps where more than half the power is converted to heat, ROHM's BD5423EFS and BD5423MUV feature 91% efficiency, making thermal countermeasures, such as heat sinks and cooling fans, unnecessary. As a result, applications can be made thinner and more compact. |

The BD5431EFS integrates an original soft mute circuit that smoothes the envelope waveform during output ON/OFF,
