High 91dB S/N ratio, combined with a 3.2µVrms input conversion noise voltage, result in crystal clear sound
High quality soft mute function eliminates annoying popping sounds
Wafer level CSP (Chip Scale Package) and LC filterless configuration contribute to end-product miniaturization
Wide lineup comprised of 16 models ranging from 2.5W monaural to large output 20W+20W types.

Feature 1: 90%+ efficiency results in low heat generation, saving space
（BD5424EFS, BD5423AEFS, BD5423MUV）

Unlike conventional Class AB speaker amps where more than half the power is converted to heat, ROHM's BD5424EFS and BD5423AEFS and BD5423MUV feature 91% efficiency, making thermal countermeasures, such as heat sinks and cooling fans, unnecessary. As a result, applications can be made thinner and more compact.

Feature 2: High quality soft mute function eliminates annoying popping noises

The BD5431EFS integrates an original soft mute circuit that smoothes the envelope waveform during output ON/OFF,
resulting in high performance muting operation.

Feature 3: Wafer level CSP and only 3 external components required enable greater space savings (BD5460GUL, BD5461GUL)

ROHM wafer level CSP Class D headphone amps are ideal for mobile phones, notebook PCs, and other equipment requiring voice generation functionality. A unique filterless modulation method reduces the number of external components to 3, resulting in significant space savings.
