Overview

ROHM adds to its extensive lineup of CMOS opamps with a single-channel type featuring a current consumption of only 0.35µA. A 1ch high-speed-response type with a slew rate of 0.05V/µs at 8.5µA is also available. Optimized for signal amplification in compact, portable applications requiring lower voltage operation and reduced current consumption.
The broad lineup includes ground sense and full swing types capable of operation up to either +85ºC or +105ºC.
In addition, all models feature 4kV ESD resistance for greater reliability.

ROHM offers a wide range of CMOS opamps, from standard types and 8.5µA current consumption types with high slew rates to ultra-low current consumption models (0.35µA) that contribute to greater energy savings in sets of all types.

Low current consumption

Low voltage operation (from 1.6V) ideal for battery driven sets (BU7411G/SG)

ROHM's low voltage CMOS opamps enable operation from 1.6V, making them ideal for portable, battery-driven devices and newer digital equipment requiring lower voltage operation.

ROHM ground sense amps are capable of operation from 0V (BU7411G/SG,BU7421G/SG)

ROHM CMOS ground sense opamps support ground level input. During single power supply operation having the capability of handling ground level input is particularly advantageous. The opamps are compatible with ground level output as well.

Ground Sense Operation

Full swing type featuring lossless signal amplification (BU7265G/SG,BU7271G/SG)

ROHM full swing opamps support not only ground sense, but supply voltage sense as well. Capable of signal input/output from ground level to the supply voltage, these units are compatible with high supply voltages, and the wide voltage range contributes to lower power consumption and improved energy saving designs.
