BU943□ Series system ICs incorporate command software for music file search, file loading, and file decoding. Because the chip is switchable between standalone mode and slave mode, audio replay functions for USB memory devices and SD cards can be easily added.

These are the highest levels in the industry for general-purpose mold-type EEPROMs. Designed for harsh operating environments, the BR25H□□0 Series EEPROMs for automotive ECU ensure high reliability in initial data reading and status information writing operations. These EEPROMs are the first in the industry to ensure 1 million data rewriting operations at 85°C as well as 300,000 data rewriting operations at 125℃.

Incorporating Simple Light Load Mode (SLLM) — ROHM’s original control mode for light-load operation — these regulators provide high output efficiency even under light loads, resulting in reduced power consumption in suspended status. What’s more, these regulators provide a high-speed response at 20 mV (about half that of conventional products). They also provide an Enable (EN) terminal and a Soft Start (SS) terminal for easy simultaneous startup of several power supplies.

The BU6520KV is a TV encoder IC that incorporates a proprietary hardware image correction core known as an Adaptive Image Enhancer (AIE). This product is compatible with CCIR601/656 input in standard video format. When used in place of a general-purpose TV encoder IC, the BU6520KV encoder remarkably improves image clarity by darkening overexposed areas and brightening underexposed areas.
